HLM120-2000 Release Paper Coating Machine

This release paper coating machine, model HLM120-2000, is suitable for extrusion lamination of 80~150g/m² roll paper and roll plastic flexible substrates such as BOPP. The heating of the material rod and material barrel is done with ceramic heating rings, while the mold is heated using stainless steel internal heating. The maximum extrusion capacity is 500kg/h, and the design mechanical speed ranges from 0 to 70m/min (50Hz). The effective coating width is 1500-1900mm, with a single-layer thickness ranging from 0.03 to 0.14mm. The maximum diameters for unwinding and rewinding are both 1200mm. The extruder's base uses a guide-type design, allowing for front and rear movement, as well as vertical adjustment, and it includes a positioning device.
